Not Confident Enough

He told me he likes my serious, polite and educated manner.
But I am still lack of confident therefore not dare to speak out actively.
He says I prefer to hide myself from others.

He says, "I want you to stand with them, don't always hide yourself behind others."
"You have to be open minded, relax, and don't ever think that you are a beginner."
"Have to learn to express yourself, dare to tell others, get used to the audience."

These are my characteristics.
He knows them through my project.
Dare to overcome the stress.
Be confident, not to be too proud.
Everyone is the same.
